The advantages of having a Point2 website are too numerous to list. What do visitors to an agents' personal website expect to find? Listings! To us, this is where Point2 with their cooperative handshake listings feature really stands out above the crowd. Visitors to your site can view local cooperatively shared NLS listings with far more detail than they can find on the multiple listing services site.
Now what I need are more agents in my local area utilizing Point2 to promote their listings so visitors will have more listings to see and will spend more time on my site. I have sent out perhaps a dozen invitations to join the NLS with only one agent who is actively building and customizing a working website.
To avoid spamming fellow agents in my market area with email; my campaign in search of new Point2 members will have to be up front and personal. My plan is to bring up the subject with agents I encounter on a daily basis, and if interested send them a personal invite.
